Detoxing with the use of plants to cleanse the body of toxins. This can be done by drinking plant-based teas, juices, smoothies, or potent herbs. Plant-based cleansing is a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on eating whole, unprocessed plant-based foods to cleanse the body of toxins and impurities. It is a way to give your body a break from the demands of everyday life and allow it to heal and repair itself. There are many different ways to do a plant-based cleanse. Some people choose to do a short cleanse, such as a one-day or three-day cleanse, while others choose to do a longer cleanse, such as a seven-day or 14-day cleanse. There are also different types of plant-based cleanses, such as juice cleanses, smoothie cleanses, and soup cleanses. Depending on what you would like to achieve, to ultimately change the way you feel, perhaps reprogram the mind body connection, let go of habitual consumerism, to explore and experience something different and to develop a more energetic invincible state of being, with the self.
